Construction Supervisor – Stellenbosch

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Supervisor to lead daily residential construction activities in Stellenbosch. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily residential construction work, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site labour to keep project schedules on track.
• Monitor quality control, conduct regular site inspections, and promptly resolve construction issues.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, maintain site housekeeping standards, and follow company procedures.
• Track project progress, material usage, and documentation, providing regular updates to management and clients.

Required profile

• Industry‑relevant diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Own vehicle for site travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office is beneficial.
