Construction Foreman – High Rise Buildings (Gauteng)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead the daily operations of a high‑rise building project in Gauteng. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure that all work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day‑to‑day activities on the construction site.
• Supervise staff and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate delivery, storage and allocation of materials and resources.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays and conflicts promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
