Main Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth unit operations.
• Manage stock levels effectively and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Participate in continuous professional development and staff training programs.

Profile Required

• Relevant qualification as a Care Worker or an equivalent healthcare certification.
• Minimum educational level of Grade 12.
• Proven prior experience working within a healthcare or hospital environment is essential.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in stock control and inventory management principles.
• Strong ability to document, report, and track clinical and administrative events.
• Solid understanding of medico-legal risks and patient privacy.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control (IPC) principles.
