About the role
MASA is seeking a practical, hands‑on Business Systems & Support Coordinator to join its Durban team. The role blends user support, system administration and operational reporting to keep multiple departments running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line user and systems support across the organisation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot timesheet, payroll and other operational systems.
- Assist with testing, implementation and rollout of new business systems.
- Deliver telephone and remote assistance to team members as needed.
Required profile
- Strong computer and systems aptitude.
- Good understanding of business operations and reporting processes.
- Ability to work across several departments and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
