About the role
Pargo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue by selling our home‑delivery and pick‑up point solutions to e‑commerce and retail clients. You will build your own pipeline, meet prospects face‑to‑face, and guide them from first contact through onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize and engage high‑value prospects through outbound activity, networking and referrals.
- Own the full sales cycle – from discovery meetings to signed contracts and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Present and negotiate both pick‑up point and home‑delivery solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to confirm operational feasibility and integration requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and deals in the CRM.
- Support client onboarding and nurture long‑term relationships to uncover growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within logistics, courier or e‑commerce.
- Track record of building pipelines and closing deals.
- Comfortable working independently, travelling regularly and meeting clients in the field.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate operational details into client‑focused proposals.
Required skills
- CRM usage for pipeline management.
- Understanding of API integrations and technical conversations.
