Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a remote Amazon E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to manage our presence on Amazon Seller Central. You will own product listings, monitor performance metrics, and ensure inventory health across both FBA and FBM models.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content) for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Track key performance indicators such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates, delivering weekly performance reports.
• Manage and reconcile FBA and FBM inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
• Submit and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve policy or account health issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover new product opportunities and improve existing listings.
• Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices for listing optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data and inventory systems.
• Excellent written communication for crafting compelling copy and professional support correspondence.
• Proactive, independent worker comfortable in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
