Accredited Trainer – Deliver Accredited Learning

About the role

The Accredited Trainer will deliver accredited learning programmes within a specific divisional portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SETA requirements. Working closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team, People Partners and business stakeholders, the role provides a professional training experience for both permanent and non‑permanent staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outcome‑based accredited training that meets SETA standards and the National Qualifications Framework.
• Collaborate with L&D designers to transfer instructional design into compliant training delivery.
• Prepare and present both accredited and occasional non‑accredited course material.
• Maintain records of training outcomes and ensure assessment and moderation requirements are fulfilled.
• Support the development of training inputs that align with divisional business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering accredited training programmes in a corporate or public‑sector environment.
• Strong understanding of SETA accreditation processes and unit standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with L&D, People Partners and business leaders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SETA accreditation requirements and the National Qualifications Framework.
• Familiarity with instructional design transfer for compliance purposes.
